1. HOYOYO is not responsible for any damage or quality issue of the items.

2. HOYOYO is not responsible to any mistake occurs from our estimation of post fee before receiving the item from the seller. International post fee depends on the actual weight and size of the items including packing

3. HOYOYO is only the middle party for paying and delivery. HOYOYO is not responsible for any loss if the seller doesn't delivery the items.

4. There will be no cancellation after placing the bid.

5. HOYOYO refused to bid or buy anything illegal or illegal for import and export. Members should be responsible for any lose coursed by bidding or buying anything illegal items.

6. HOYOYO is only the agent for Japan auction and shopping. Members should be responsible for all the risks occur. Members please check sellers' feedbacks before placing orders. If a seller refuse to send the item after HOYOYO pays, HOYOYO will try our best to negotiate with the seller. However, If HOYOYO finally cannot receive the item, HOYOYO is not responsible for any chargeback from Member. HOYOYO is also not responsible for items' damage and missing.

7. HOYOYO is not responsible for items' after sell maintenance service.

8. HOYOYO has the rights for refusing Member's bidding/buying request.

9. Member should notify HOYOYO in 5 days after receiving the item if the item has any problem. HOYOYO will try our best to negotiate with the seller about this problem. However, HOYOYO cannot grantee to give Member a result with satisfactory.

10. Member should be responsible for purchasing items with copy right issue. HOYOYO is not responsible for this.
