• Bid Yahoo Japan Auction products
- Press 'Place Bid' to bid Yahoo Japan Auction products.
- You need to input the max. bid price, quantity, shipping method, then HOYOYO system places the bid immediately after receiving your order. |

• If Win the Auction
- If the auction is won, HOYOYO Japan office will contact seller, pay Japan local post fee and receive the product.
- Please refer to 'Charges' for Japan local post fee,international post fee and other miscellaneous.
• If Lose the Auction
- Members may use the deposit to bid other Japan Yahoo auction or use other HOYOYO servies.
- If customer need refund, customer should input the refund request in 'Refund'. And it might take 3-5 days to process the refund request.

• Send Payment and Product Delivery
- After receiving the Yahoo Japan Auction product in Japan Office, HOYOYO staffs will input the Japan local post fee, bank charges and international post fee and also send an notification email to the customer . Customer need to made a 2nd payment to HOYOYO if his balance is negative.
