- HOYOYO usually instant to recharge customer's Alipay account after receiving customer's Alipay recharge request.
* if internet connection problem caused Alipay system connection problems, can not instant recharge.HOYOYO usually takes 30 mins (office hours) to recharge,non office hours,the recharge takes about 2-10 hours.
* If member use PayPal/Credit Card deposit to recharge Alipay account, the recharge takes 24-48 hours
- According to Law of Hong Kong, members need to provide ID/Passport copy and address proof for any recharge over RMB4000.
